Overview of Step 6 - Supervise:

The supervise step is similar to what grandparents and ministers do. Those at this step are leaders of leaders. They coach the coaches. They do the work of ministers and pastors by shepherding, training and equiping those who are spiritual parents. These spiritual grandparents supervise in love, they recruit for multiple ministries, and send others on mission.

The Supervise Step seeks to answer these questions:

How can leaders be trained to lead?
Do the leaders have a loving reputation?
Which leaders need to be supervised in love and what are the needs of the leaders?
Is college or seminary needed to help lead the leaders?
Are the leaders confident in following the Great Commands, and the doing the Great Commission?
Is the Spiritual Supervisor held accountable by presbyters, elders, or by a denominational network?
What dynamics in a church or related churches are operative in suporting the work of the supervisor?
What does the Bible say regarding spiritual overseers? (Timothy, Titus, etc)
